Privacy Policy

Scope
This policy explains what Options Income Harvester collects, why, and what is done with it. It covers the website and the application at optionsincomeharvester.com. It does not cover Discord, YouTube, TikTok or X, which are run by those companies under their own policies.
What is collected
Account information
An email address and a password. The password is stored only as a salted hash and cannot be read back, by us or by anyone else.
Trade data you enter
The positions, dates, prices, quantities, fees and notes you record in the journal, and anything you import. This is your data. It is used to show you your own records and analytics and for nothing else.
Billing information
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's systems and are never seen or stored by this application. What is retained here is the subscription status, plan, and renewal dates needed to give you access to what you paid for.
Technical data
Standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps — kept for security and troubleshooting. A session cookie keeps you signed in. There is no advertising, tracking or analytics code on the site.
What is not done with it
Your trade data is never sold, rented, published, or shared with any third party. It is not used to train models, generate signals, or inform anyone else's trading. Aggregate results published on the methodology page come from the operator's own accounts, not from user data.
No marketing email is sent that you did not ask for. Account and billing notices — trial reminders, renewal notices, receipts, password resets — are transactional and are sent as long as you have an account.
Who else touches the data
Stripe, for payments and billing email. The hosting and database providers that run the application. These providers process data only to deliver the service. No other third party receives your data.
How long it is kept
Trade data and account information are kept while your account is open. Close your account, or ask for deletion, and both are deleted. Billing records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Server logs age out on a rolling basis.
Your choices
You can view, edit, export or delete your own trade records inside the application at any time. You can ask for your account and all data in it to be deleted, and that request will be honoured. You can cancel a subscription at any time without losing access to the data you entered.
Depending on where you live you may have additional rights over your personal data — to access it, correct it, delete it, or receive a copy. Ask and those requests will be honoured regardless of where you live.
Children
The application is not intended for anyone under 18 and accounts are not knowingly created for them.
Security
Passwords are hashed, traffic is encrypted in transit, and payment card data never reaches this application. No system is perfectly secure, and that is stated plainly rather than promised away.
Changes
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above changes with it, and material changes are notified by email to account holders.
