By accessing or using Options Income Harvester, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

About the App

Options Income Harvester is a web-based options trade tracking and journaling application. It is a record-keeping, analytics, and educational tool. It does not place trades, manage accounts, or provide personalized financial recommendations.

Not financial advice

Subscriptions

Basic and Pro subscriptions are available monthly or annually. New accounts receive a seven-day trial. Billing is processed by Stripe and subscriptions renew until canceled.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse, reverse-engineer, disrupt, scrape, or unlawfully access the service; share account credentials; or use Platform information for market manipulation, pump-and-dump activity, or coordinated trading schemes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability shall not exceed the greater of amounts paid in the preceding twelve months or one hundred U.S. dollars.

Community content

Community posts are general, impersonal research and educational material. They are not personalized investment advice.

Entire agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any Community Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the App. Invalid provisions are severed without affecting the remainder.
